How do i place my order ?
To place your order, follow these steps
Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size. You can check out our size guide for reference.
•Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
•After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
•From there, you can either log in to your existing Sundara Fashion account or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one.
•Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Complete Order’.
Why you don’t accept cash on delivery order ?
We do understand but we run print on demand process means we manufacture products once we get the order. So to avoid wastage and to keep uniqueness we don’t accept cash on delivery option for now.
What are the delivery charges to my location ?
We charge a nominal fee of ₹30 for orders less than Rs. 1000.TheSundara Fashion provides FREE shipping for all orders above ₹1000 in India. A shipping charge of ₹30 is payable only on orders below ₹1000.
My order has failed but my money has been debited from my account. Now what should I do?
Please e-mail us at care@sundarafashion.com with your purchased order number or PayU/EBS transaction ID. We will immediately process the order so that you get your product as soon as possible.
Can ONLY cancel my order ?
Occasionally we may have to cancel an order if: The product is out of stock or discontinued.
The item is damaged in transit.In case this is a pre-paid order, we will refund the amount to your payment source account
Can I return damaged items ?
If your order is tampered with, opened, or visibly damaged on delivery, return the order on arrival and notify our Customer Care team by emailing care@sundarafashion.com.
Order Delayed - Should I wait or cancel my order?
We do our best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. If your delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at care@sundarafashion.com with your tracking number, so we can assist you with the same.
How can I cancel or change my order ?
Just drop an email to care@sundarafashion.com with the reference number of your purchase order. In case we have not shipped it yet, we will cancel your order, else you will have to send it back to us and we will offer you a refund.
Do you accepts returns ?
Yes, we have 7 day ( from the date of delivery ) returns policy on all products except the below categories due to hygiene issues eg. lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics etc.
I have paid via netbanking/debit/credit card, how will I get refund ?
We shall be refunding the money back into the same account via which you had paid for your purchase on Sundara Fashion.
How Does The Delivery Process Work ?
All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. We ping you when we ship your consignment and will provide you with a tracking number. This is the part where you get excited and we keep our fingers crossed that you're home when they come and call before they do !

Exceptions are made all the time. Just contact us if you've forgotten your wife's birthday and we'll make it quicker, if possible. Choose Express Shipping as your delivery method and we shall mark your order URGENT!
Do You Ship Internationally ?
Not yet ! But exceptions can always be made. Please do contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Are There Any Hidden Charges (Octroi Or Sales Tax) When I Make A Purchase On Sundara Fashion?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Sundara Fashion The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. Delivery charges may be extra depending on the shipping policy.Express Shipping is chargeable at Rs.30-50 where we mark your order urgent and ship it on priority.
Is It Safe To Use My Credit/Debit Card On Sundara Fashion?
Your online transaction on sundarafashion.com is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet.All credit card and debit card payments on sundarafashion are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?
Sorry, that is not possible at the moment as the system has already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. That said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don't worry, there are no cancellation charges.
The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?
No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.
Are gift certificates refundable?
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?
You will automatically get subscribed to our marketing emails and SMS's after registering with us. In case you do not want to receive these, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the email.
In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping/Gifting charges be credited back?
No. These are charges applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refund.
My product has been picked up but I have not got my refund yet.
If it has been 24-48 hours since the order has been picked by our courier partner and if the refund isn't reflected, please email us at care@sundarafashion.com and we will sort it out for you.
I have created an exchange request. When will the product be picked up?
Once we receive this request, someone from the courier partner's team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2 business days. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.
When will I get my exchanged product delivered?
Your exchange product will be shipped from our warehouse after the returned product has been picked from your end. Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 5-7 business days in metros, and 7-10 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
I have created a return request. When will the product be picked up?
Once we receive this request, someone from the courier partner's team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2 business days. After the product is picked up, the complete amount will be refunded to your The Sundara Fashion Store account within 48 hours. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.
Where should I self-ship the returns?
In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:-
Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded.
Is there a convenience fee to get a refund?
Yes, there is a charge of just Rs. 20/- per product to transfer your refund to your original mode of payment or Bank Account/UPI.
Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts, and socks. The Sundara Fashion may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
We charge a nominal processing fee of Rs 35 on all returns
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification,you can email us at care@sundarafashion.com.
I want to place an order but I don’t want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?
We have to leave the tags intact in case the person you’re gifting faces any issues and would like to return the product. We will blacken the prices on the invoice. Please reach out to us as soon as your order is placed. If you want to add a note to the gift, please email the note to us at care@sundarafashion.com and immediately call us on our number so that we can add it before the order is shipped.
I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.
Do you deliver outside India?
We only ship within India but accept most international credit cards.
What happens when no one is available to accept the shipment?
If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfillment center. In case of a prepaid order, a refund will be given.
Rush Order Fulfilment
Rush Order is our expedited order fulfillment service that prioritizes your orders getting processed and shipped out swiftly. Perfect for situations where your customer requires the product quickly, whether it's a time-sensitive gift or a project with a strict deadline. Let's see how it works.
Same-Day Dispatch
Rush orders placed before 9:00 AM will be processed and prepared for shipping on the very same business day (weekends and holidays excluded).
Next-Day Dispatch
Rush orders placed after 9:00 AM will be prioritized for processing and shipment on the following business day.
Cost of Rush Order Fulfillment
A fee of ₹50 + GST on the product will be charged for Rush Order Fulfillment per item.
